The TDAH! Method
The TDAH! Method is not another diet. It is a journey, module by module, that changes the way you think about health, from the inside out. Instead of handing you rules to follow, each module gently uncovers what has really been driving your habits: your brain, your thoughts, your story, your roots. You will move at your own pace through short lessons, with worksheets, tools, and meditations that turn what you learn into what you live.
The modules build on each other like a path home, beginning with a safe welcome and ending in a celebration of who you have become. There is no such thing as failure, only feedback. Everything is information that moves you forward.

Module 1
Welcome Home
This is where you exhale and settle in. Module 1 welcomes you home to yourself and shows you exactly how to walk through the Method, at your pace, in your real life. You will meet the Beautiful Yard, the picture at the heart of TDAH!: the weeds that keep coming back no matter how often you mow, and the roots underneath that nobody ever taught you to look for. You will take your starting measurements in five areas (emotional, physical, mental, social, and body), choose a plan that fits your life, and learn your first practical tools: the If-Then Tool, the practice of gratitude, and the shift from dependence to independence. No shame, no pressure, no starting over Monday. Just a safe place to begin.
Module 2
Your Brain, Your Power
You are not broken, and this module proves it. In plain, curious language, you will learn how your brain actually works: why it slips into survival mode, what your brain chemicals are doing behind the scenes, and why willpower is never going to be enough. Once you can see what is happening inside the walls, everything starts to make sense, and compassion for yourself comes naturally. You will learn the POP Tool (the Power of Pause), a simple way to step out of autopilot in the moment, and you will be gently guided through your first meditation. There is no such thing as a bad meditation, and there is no part of your brain that cannot learn a new way.
Module 3
The Power of Your Mind
This module turns the lights on. You will begin to notice the thought patterns that have been running quietly in the background for years, and you will see how your thoughts and even your words have been shaping your reality. You will meet the “termites,” those small, almost invisible thoughts that eat away at your foundation, and you will explore the surprising pull of negativity, including the honest question: am I addicted to it? None of this is about judging yourself. Everything you notice is simply information. By the end, you will know how to recognize your patterns in real time, and the module closes with a practical “What Do I Dooooo?” lesson so you are never left wondering what to do next.
Module 4
Showing Up For Yourself
What if accountability felt like kindness instead of punishment? Module 4 introduces compassionate accountability: showing up for yourself the way you would show up for someone you love. You will learn the difference between willpower (which runs out) and diligence (which carries you), and the story of the Donkey and the Barn will change how you think about motivation for good. Your habits are not character flaws; they are messages, and you will learn to listen to them. You will practice setting boundaries that honor both you and the people you love, trade perfectionism for excellence, and learn to live peripherally, with your eyes open to your whole life instead of locked on one narrow goal.
Module 5
Breaking Free
This module handles a tender subject with great care. Addiction is not a moral failure; it is a pattern your nervous system learned in order to protect you, and understanding it changes everything. You will look honestly and gently at the mental and emotional weight you have been carrying, learn how dopamine and your nervous system drive the reach for comfort, and notice the relational patterns woven through it all. Then you will walk through what it looks like to detox, in body and in habit, at a pace that is kind. You will also learn when and how to invite outside help, because asking for support is strength, not failure. You close with a practical “What Do I Dooooo?” so freedom has footsteps.
Module 6
What's Fueling You?
Most programs only ever talk about food or exercise. The TDAH! Method asks a bigger and more honest question: what is fueling you? In this module you will look at fuel in every area of your life: mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, and physical. You will untangle wants from needs, and discover that many of the cravings you have battled were never about food at all; they were unmet needs asking to be heard. When you begin fueling your whole self, food finds its right place naturally, without force or restriction. You will also explore movement as a gift to your body rather than a punishment for it. As always, the module ends with “What Do I Dooooo?” so you leave with clear, doable next steps.
Module 7
Your Story, Your Roots
Remember the weeds in your beautiful yard? This is where you follow them down to their roots. With warmth and great care, you will explore how your story and your family of origin shaped your relationship with your emotions, with food, with your needs, and with your boundaries. The “Gorillas in the Mist” lesson will help you see patterns that have been hiding in plain sight your whole life. None of this is about blame; it is about honoring your story, all of it, so it no longer has to run your life from the shadows. The module culminates in the Anatomy of a Stronghold, a powerful walk-through that shows you exactly how painful cycles form and, more importantly, exactly where your power to change them lives.
Module 8
The Gift of Forgiveness
Forgiveness may be the most misunderstood word in healing, so this module begins by clearing away the confusion. You will learn what forgiveness is, and just as importantly, what it is not: it is not excusing what happened, not pretending it did not hurt, and not letting anyone back into your life who is not safe. Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself, a laying down of weight you were never meant to keep carrying. You will come to understand forgiveness as a process rather than a single moment, and then you will not be left to do it alone: the final lesson walks through it together, step by gentle step.
Module 9
Becoming Whole
Have you ever said “there’s a part of me that...”? It turns out that is more true than you knew. In this tender, powerful module you will meet the parts of you that stepped up long ago to protect you, the ones behind the late-night eating, the people-pleasing, the inner critic. Instead of fighting them, you will learn why they matter, find the doorway to connect with them, and create a timeline of your own story. As these parts are finally seen, heard, and integrated, something remarkable happens: the inner war quiets. This is the work of becoming whole, and it leads to the truest version of you, living connected instead of divided.
Module 10
You Did It!
Congratulations, you did it! This module is a true celebration, and you have earned every bit of it. You will retake the measurements you began with and witness how far you have come, not just on a tape measure, but in your mind, your body, how you eat, and how you move. Some shifts will be ones you noticed along the way; others will surprise you, because that is how inside-out change works: quietly, and then all at once. Whatever the feedback shows, remember: it is only information, and there is no failure here. You will close by looking ahead at “Now What?”, with everything you need to keep living the TDAH! way, because this was never a program with an end date. It is a way of thinking, and it is yours now.
