I'm Polly Hamp
I’m Polly Hamp, a licensed NLP Master Practitioner and Trauma Recovery Coach. For seven years, I’ve worked closely with clients, guiding them toward healing and freedom from PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, toxic relationships, and the effects of abuse. I am the founder and curator of TDAH! and am passionate about offering real and lasting full body health and transformation.
Together with my husband, I co-own Think Differently Academy—a global, virtual community dedicated to helping people live life fully and freely. We are both authors and international speakers, teaching and training others to shift their perspectives on life.
While I’m not a doctor or nutritionist, I am deeply passionate about helping others discover their truest selves as they navigate their health journey. Having walked my own path of healing, I now help others on their journeys to break free from the things that hold them back. I’m committed to learning how best to guide people as they become whole and empowered in their own lives.
